The holidays are my favorite time of the year! Not only do I love all the festivities, decor and quality time with family, I also love gift giving.  If you love it too & have a DIYer in your life, whether they are just beginning or just starting to build up their tool collection, you’ll want to check out this great gift guide.  The tools I’m sharing are 3 of my favorite Ryobi tools that I believe every DIYer should have.

Before I begin, I should mention the top reason these are some of my favorite tools.  They are all cordless! Even better, the battery packs work on all Ryobi cordless tools! You really can’t get any better than that.  So, let’s get into it.

The first item is the Ryobi 18V 2 tool combo kit.  It comes with a drill & impact driver, two 1.5 aH batteries, a charger and bag.  Do you see all you are getting with this? This combo kit is a must have and usually the tool(s) I suggest people buy first which makes it a really great gift.

The things you can do with a drill are endless and honestly, whether you are a DIYer or not, every household should have one.  Outside of using a drill & impact driver to build things, they really come in handy for the holidays.  I have 4 children so there are always lot of toys from Santa that need to be built.  I also use my drill to help me hang décor inside and outside our home. And it comes in handy when I’m hanging up our family holiday pics around the house as well.

My second gift recommendation is another one of my most used tools…. the Ryobi 18 gauge cordless AirStrike brad nailer. I absolutely love using my brad nailer and it’s not just because it makes me feel like one of Charlie’s Angels lol.  It’s because you can use it for so many things.  It’s perfect for attaching moulding to walls, assembling furniture, and tons of other small & big projects.  I literally use if for almost every project I work on.  It’s the perfect addition to any DIYers tool box!

My third gift recommendation is the Ryobi 18V Brushless Cordless 10 in. Sliding Compound Miter Saw Kit. This isn’t the biggest miter saw but it packs a mighty punch making it perfect for any DIYer who really wants to take on even more projects.  You can use this saw to make basic and angled cuts. This can be very helpful with installing moulding, trim work and other projects.  You can even use it to make gifts for the holidays like custom frames or a Christmas tree wooden box stand.

Did I mention, it’s cordless!? So, it’s easy to move around and its compact size makes it easy to store away when it’s not in use.  A miter saw was one of the very first tools I learned to use and it’s another tool I’ve used for almost every project I’ve done! This gift is sure to make any DIYer who receives it a happy camper! J

Happy Holidays!
