Last month, before I had to put a pause on all my projects, I made this wooden Christmas tree shelf. I love how it turned out and most of all you can use it to display all kinds of things....pictures, small trinkets, etc. My kids love Christmas villages so we decided to display some of the pieces on the shelves. I used my scroll saw to cut out the shelves and then screwed them in. I painted the whole thing white and then added garland and lights...the kids love it! 🎄 #onehandymomma #christmasshelfie #diychristmasdecor

Ever since the girls were 1, we’ve taken professional Christmas pics with the exception of 1 year and every year it’s an adventure lol. I used to get so frustrated trying to make sure the kids all look at the camera at the same time and getting the “perfect” shot. Over the years I’ve learned to just let them be...usually those are the pics that come out the best ❤️. This year we probably aren’t taking professional shots but I’ll make sure we capture a photo on my iPhone 😉. Here are some of our pics over the years. Hey y’all! I know I’ve been M.I.A. for awhile but I’m still around! I’ve been busy working on something pretty major and can’t wait to share the deets later. We’re in full blown Christmas mode over here now that Thanksgiving is out the way. And one thing I love about Christmas is creating festive tablescapes! You can even use items from the Dollar Tree to create beautiful place settings. It’s amazing what a little glitter & spray paint can do 😉!
